IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS: * Notifications for cancellation of reservations or diminishing of nights, must be done by writing and send by e-mail to reservations@mercytravels.com. * The " Money Refund " Request for cancellations of reservations or diminishing of nights, must be done by writing and within the next 2 weeks since the " cancellation " date. Once spent this time, any request it will be consider. * For Reservations of Hotel, Car or Limo Rental, Air Tickets and some Tours operated for third companies, apply the Refund Policies established for the Hotels, Car or Limo Rental Companies, the Airlines or the Friend Tour Operators involved in the reservation in question. * Will not there be any " Money Refund " on Car or Limo Rentals, Air Tickets or Tours reservations, once the Traveler has began his/her trip. * Mercy Travel will be free of any kind of responsibilities for automatic cancellations of vacation packages or other services booked with us, consequence of delays in the payments. Any package or other service is fully reserved only till the money is available or credited into any of the payment means afforded for the Agency. |
