Do not allow drink liquor or smoke inside home.
Guests can receive phone calls at home, only.
Requesting a prior permission to the Head of Family, the Student or Traveller may make phone calls using a Pre-paid Phone Card.
Student must to save a proper behaviour at Home ( Must to wear properly, no make excessive noises or say bad words, must to respect authority of Head of Family, etc )
If student or traveller leaves of home or will return late, must to notice to his/her family.
Student or traveller can request medicines, personal care goods or public services as taxi to his/her family.
Minors can leave from home in company of members of the family or staff of agency, only.
Breakfast Time: after 7:00 a.m.
Dinner Time: 7:00 p.m.
The Student or Traveller may request moving to a new family when do not feel totally comfortable with his/her actual one. He/She must to confirm the disposability of a new family with the agency. In case there is not disposability of a new family, agency will be free of all type of responsibilities.
Other Observations: from his/her arrival at home, student or traveller converses in a new member of family.
Faithful observance of rules will ease adaptation and better enjoy of staying at home.
No observance of rules produces serious consequences for student or traveller that depending of size of penalty could cause him/her, from moving to a new family, in case of disposability of a family with same features previously requested for traveller, until total expulsion of program or home and anticipated " Back Trip " to home, with any type of responsibility for agency, including " No money " refund.
In case of acts that violate civil laws, student or traveller will be put at disposition of local civil authorities.
